The process from old belly pan corners to newish ones was kicked off with the port side stern corner. Benjamin used self-etching primer to prep the original rounded pieces, which will eventually be coated in Duraback to give them a more rugged quality, protect them from road scuffs, and to cover up the existing dimples in the metal.
